Preventative Maintenance Agreement


Inspections will include:
Shingles lifting caused by nails or staples. The nails or staples will be removed and shingles resealed with roofing tar.
Replace missing shingles up to one bundle (match as close as possible).
All roof flashings checked and resealed - Includes all vent pipes, dryer vents, range hoods, solar panel/antennas (if applicable).
Clean all debris from roof.
Clean roof gutters (if applicable).
Trim tree branches (if applicable).
Haul away all roofing debris.
