Preventative Maintenance Agreement
 

• Shingles lifting caused by nails or staples. The nails or staples will be removed and shingles resealed with roofing tar.
• Replace missing shingles up to one bundle (match as close as possible).
• All roof flashings checked and resealed - Includes all vent pipes, dryer vents, range hoods, solar panel/antennas (if applicable).
• Clean all debris from roof.
• Clean roof gutters (if applicable).
• Trim tree branches (if applicable).
• Haul away all roofing debris.

• 10% discount on parts and labor if needed.
• Preventative maintenance extends roof life.
• Preventative maintenance helps prevent interior damage.
• Preventative maintenance helps prevent rotted wood from unnoticed leaks.
• Agreement is transferable.
• Extended warranty on all parts and labor.
