I have over 37 years experience in the roofing industry.

I was introduced to the trade in 1973, working for my father's company in Valhalla, New York. My father started me as a laborer on a residential roofing crew having to prove the point that it did not matter whether or not I was the bosses son. So I polished my skills and showed him I was a leader. In return, I became foreman of the crew.
 

Since the establishment of the Flagler County Chapter of Habitat For Humanity, in 1994, Stephen M. Rende Roofing has donated every roof.
